Too long....

So much has changed since my last Journal I hardly know where to begin. Life has had its ups and downs since then. I am learning day by day to count my blessings and bypass the negative. I feel happier because of it and lets face it focusing and ruminating over the negative is a colosal waste of time and energy. My relationship is good and stable for now. I am really working at not sabatoging the good by looking for the evil. I did that too many times in the past. Woo Hoo for lessons learned at the ripe old age of 43. LOL
